Job Responsibilities

As a Dishwasher - Cleaning and Sanitizing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plate ware, glassware, and equipment.
  • Ensuring dishes and cookware are sanitized and available as needed.
  • Maintaining daily cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machine.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing the service area and kitchen throughout your shift.
  • Maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of all work areas.
  • Breaking down trays, setting up the dish machine, washing dishware, and sorting and storing all clean china, glass, and silver using proper procedures.
  • Emptying trash cans and washing inside and outside.
  • Breaking down the dish machine and cleaning inside and outside.
  • Performing any other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A can-do attitude: you'll tackle every task with a smile.
  • Team player: you'll have your team's back, and they'll have yours.
  • Attention to detail: you'll make sure every dish is spotless.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and continuously bend, reach, and twist.
  • To be at least 18 years old.
