Job Opportunity

Park Properties Management Company is seeking a skilled Apartment Leasing Consultant to join their team at The Coves at Monticello in Palmyra, VA.

The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for potential customers, providing exceptional service and highlighting the benefits of living in the community. This includes conducting tours, explaining amenities, and reviewing pricing options. The Leasing Consultant will also be responsible for following up on customer leads and generating qualified traffic through community involvement and outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Conduct tours and explain community amenities
  • Review pricing options and complete lease paperwork
  • Follow up on customer leads and generate qualified traffic
  • Participate in community outreach programs and events
Requirements
  • Adaptability and ability to understand diverse customer needs
  • Organization and ability to manage property rental availability
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to run applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field

This is a full-time position (40 hours) with weekend hours required. Competitive wages, benefits, and a pleasant work environment are offered. A satisfactory drug test and background check are required as a condition of employment.
