We are seeking a skilled Automation Technician to join our dynamic team at ProStaffing. This role is essential for the calibration, upkeep, and troubleshooting of advanced automated systems.
Position Details:
- Shifts: 2nd and 3rd shifts available
- Working Hours: 4pm-12am and 12am-8am
- Compensation: $30-$38 per hour
Role Summary:
As an Automation Technician, you will be pivotal in maintaining the efficiency of our automated machinery. Your technical skills in various systems will help enhance operational productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calibrate and maintain precision measuring instruments for optimal accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve electrical issues.
- Perform industrial maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Work with low voltage systems to ensure operational safety.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and update schematics.
- Implement automation strategies to improve production workflows.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate system records.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in calibrating and maintaining precision instruments.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
