Become a part of our team as a Culinary Specialist. You will be entrusted with the preparation of food items to uphold quality standards and production requirements. It is essential to maintain a clean and safe work environment while contributing to guest satisfaction and the overall success of the team.

Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare food items as necessary, avoiding excessive preparation.Ensure proper storage and labeling of perishable goods.Collaborate on managing food costs and minimizing waste.Maintain standards for food storage and temperature.Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages.Receive and organize food deliveries according to established guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

Must be at least 18 years of age.Exhibit professionalism and strong organizational skills.A high school diploma or GED is preferred.Possess effective verbal communication abilities.Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.Have a minimum of two years of experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting.Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment as part of a collaborative team.
