Datacenter Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Datacenter Technician to join our team at Randstad Digital Americas.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a strong work ethic.

• Monitor and take action on multiple environments using automated job scheduling systems.
• Monitor and take action on both virtual and physical servers in production and test environments.
• Perform media backups, restores, server reboots, and health checks according to client procedures.
• Learn and utilize a wide spectrum of software, including SCOM, Environet, and ServiceNow.
• Act as a Help Desk during non-business hours.
• Work with Active Directory and MS Office Suites.
• Perform project tasks under the direction of management.
• Help the team develop improvement processes and metric reports.

• PC and OS knowledge.
• Ability to work holidays and overtime when needed.

• A strong desire to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to compose emails clearly and accurately.
• Ability to understand, follow, and create intricate written procedures.
• Strong work ethic.
