About the Role:

The Keyholder Sales Associate plays a vital role in the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales growth by presenting and selling merchandise, suggesting products to customers, and maintaining a thorough understanding of our brand and products.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and ensuring that all displays and fixtures are properly stocked and maintained.
  • Participate in inventory management, receiving and processing shipments, and conducting cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive sales growth.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including counting cash, processing credit card transactions, and securing the store.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, adhering to all guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail software systems.
