Compensation: Starting at $16 per hour, commensurate with experience. Currently Offering a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Community Care Aides

Job Responsibilities: Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in their homes, specifically for participants aged 55 and older in the community. Responsibilities include bathing, toileting, dressing, meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, and more. Occasional support at the day center may be required.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year (12 months) of experience in providing care for the elderly or frail Valid Pennsylvania Driver's license and dependable transportation CNA certification preferred but not mandatory
