Job Summary

Renaissance LLC is seeking a highly skilled Process Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of union and non-union personnel in the compounding, filling, and packaging of sterile and specialty pharmaceutical products. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and cGMP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and assignments to ensure efficient operation of production lines.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of union and non-union personnel, providing coaching, training, and counseling as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines and FDA regulations, identifying and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with production personnel, management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of production activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in the Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of one year in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
