Job Summary:

Champions Group Holdings is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll processing software, preferably ADP Workforce Now, and be able to process multiple payrolls with different frequencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for 3 or 4 legal entities with exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll on a weekly and bi-weekly schedule.
  • Address and resolve employee questions regarding their pay.
  • Save payroll reports and other legally required documentation into company share drive.
  • Attend weekly department meetings for training and to discuss current issues, positive feedback, and areas of improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processing software, preferably with ADP.
  • Demonstrated ability to process multiple payrolls with different frequencies.
  • Intermediate skill level with MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables).
  • Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
