About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restorative Nursing Assistant to join our team at Benefis Health System. As a Restorative Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing restorative care and directing resident care activities under the direction of a Registered Nurse or LPN.

Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

In this role, you will provide strengthening exercises - active and passive - as directed from Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy. You will also assist residents with activities of daily living, provide for personal care and comfort, and assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide restorative care and direct resident care activities under the direction of a Registered Nurse or LPN.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide personal care and comfort to residents, including assistance with mobility and transfers.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including performing housekeeping duties and assisting with laundry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Nursing assistant certification in the State of Montana required.
  • Restorative Therapy course completion preferred.
  • 1 to 3 months Restorative Therapy Aide experience preferred.
  • 6 months CNA experience required.
