In the position of a Bio-Rad Manufacturing Operator II, you will be engaged in the Fill/Cap/Label/Freeze Dry sector to facilitate the production of Bio-Rad bottled products while adhering to established GMP standards and protocols. This role is designated for a second-shift operator (Hours: 3PM to 11:30PM).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the filling, capping, and labeling processes of Bio-Rad bottled products within a collaborative manufacturing environment, which may involve manual filling and/or operation of semi-automated machinery. Transport Semi-Finished Goods to the Warehousing area using carts or pallet trucks as necessary. Conduct in-process and final quality assessments of components/products. Adhere to established procedures and work instructions to carry out production tasks effectively. Complete necessary documentation accurately and promptly in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Manage inventory and quality transactions within the SAP Inventory System.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge or familiarity with large-scale manufacturing equipment. Competence with computer systems. Compensation: The estimated hourly wage for this role ranges from $20.10 to $27.60 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be communicated in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on various factors that we believe fairly and accurately influence compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job-related factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, contingent upon the achievement of individual objectives and overall Company performance.
