Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Donation Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, receiving donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to donors and customers
  • Receive and process donations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the production room and sales floor
  • Assist with loading and unloading merchandise onto/off trucks or trailers, as needed
  • Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely and efficiently
  • Conduct daily safety inspections on company-owned equipment
  • Follow and enforce safety rules and regulations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to pass a forklift certification class
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
