Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity to join Tony Packo's Restaurant team as a Server, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and sincerely upon initial contact.
  • Ensure the safe and controlled service of alcoholic beverages by verifying identification for customers appearing 30 years old or younger, and reporting any signs of intoxication to management promptly.
  • Accurately ring up all food and beverage orders on the computer register.
  • Maintain a clean and organized server station, restocking condiments, cups, mugs, bread, butter, napkins, and beverages as needed.
  • Fully understand the employee discount program and its application.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prompt, friendly, and courteous service orientation.
  • Basic reading and math skills for accurate sales transactions.
  • Organizational skills to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Able to work with limited supervision and handle stressful situations regarding customer satisfaction.

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Ability to work extended hours on one's feet.
  • Lifting and bending to maintain a clean work environment and stock the service area.
