Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently.
  • Interpret and utilize electrical schematics to assemble components for crane manufacturing.
  • Prior experience in mechanical assembly, including HVAC or entry-level electrical work, is essential. Experience in production or manufacturing settings is advantageous.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic.
  • Possess proficient tool knowledge.
  • Note that all training will occur during first shift hours, despite this being a second shift role.

Candidate Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Successful Background Check
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Pass a Drug Screening
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

The hourly wage for this position is projected at $21.27. This estimate is based on various factors, including the specific shift worked and other legal considerations.
