We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients of all ages, including cardiac, critical care, complex care med/surg, psychiatric, and multiple trauma patients.
- Manage patient flow and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
- BSN preferred or enrolled in.
- Specialty certification preferred.
- Minimum of one year as a primary clinical provider in the ER setting preferred.
- RN's with prior clinical practice, New Grad RN's with prior experience in other emergency type situations, paramedic, EMS etc. will also be considered.
- Ability to work in an intermittently fast-paced, high-volume, high-risk environment required.
- IV Skills for all ages required.
- Computer charting required.
- ABG experience preferred.
