Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients of all ages, including cardiac, critical care, complex care med/surg, psychiatric, and multiple trauma patients.
  • Manage patient flow and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
  • BSN preferred or enrolled in.
  • Specialty certification preferred.
  • Minimum of one year as a primary clinical provider in the ER setting preferred.
  • RN's with prior clinical practice, New Grad RN's with prior experience in other emergency type situations, paramedic, EMS etc. will also be considered.
  • Ability to work in an intermittently fast-paced, high-volume, high-risk environment required.
  • IV Skills for all ages required.
  • Computer charting required.
  • ABG experience preferred.
