Medical Director

Premier Health Careers, Inc. is seeking a skilled Family Practice/Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality medical care in a supportive environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Medical Director and deliver exceptional primary care services to our employees.

As a Family Practice/Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing episodic, preventive, and acute healthcare to patients, including post-offer physicals, occupational surveillance exams, and medical monitoring.

• Provide direct medical care to company employees
• Deliver high-quality primary care, urgent care, and emergency room services
• Collaborate with our occupational health services team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be a graduate of an accredited medical school
• Have at least three years of post-residency clinical experience
• Be Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Primary Care, or Emergency Medicine (or Board Eligible with certification exam within twelve months of date of hire)
• Hold current state and federal DEA certification
• Have current Certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for healthcare providers (Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services)

We prefer candidates with knowledge and experience in Electronic Medical Records and workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations.

The estimated salary range for this position is $190,000 - $235,000 per year, plus a $10,000 annual performance bonus.
