About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at The Armory, representing our Premium Experience program. This program focuses on delivering an exceptional concert experience to our highest contributing clients in an upscale and high-touch environment.

Responsibilities
  • Represent and uphold a high level of standards, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Welcome guests to the venue, serving as the primary point of contact and main point of hospitality.
  • Learn and understand menu offerings, taking food and beverage orders, and preparing and delivering orders in a timely manner.
  • Manage tabs via point of sale, maintaining a clean working area, and communicating effectively with team members and management.
  • Clean suite areas before and after events to ensure they are presentable for the next event.
Requirements
  • Previous work experience as a Host or Server is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and attire are required.
  • Understanding of restaurant/venue etiquette is essential.
  • Experience in using point of sale, iPad-based apps is preferred.
  • Demonstrable customer-service skills, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills are necessary.
  • Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift is required.

As a Server at The Armory, you will work in a fast-paced environment with amazing guests, providing a fun atmosphere and excellent customer service. You will be part of a team that values professionalism, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
