Job Opportunity:

A reputable anesthesia group in central Georgia is seeking a CRNA to provide locum coverage. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical skillset and be able to work independently. The schedule will be 4 or 5 days per week, with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts. Offsite call shifts are not required. The cases will include OB/GYN, ortho, ped, thoracic, neuro, spines, and endo, with regional optional cases. Supervision will be 1:4, and the ACT care team model will be used. Requirements:

BLS and ACLS certification are required. The candidate should have a strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. The ability to stand for extended periods is also necessary. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of current CRNA experience and be a graduate of a fully accredited CRNA Master's Degree program. An active unencumbered CRNA Georgia state license is also required. One year of Epic experience is preferred. The candidate should be able to maintain and update clinical knowledge and skills, participate in relevant continuing education programs, and demonstrate a commitment to patient care and service excellence. A can-do, team-oriented attitude is essential, as is the ability to work independently and interact easily with physicians, other managers, and staff throughout the department and hospital. Effective interpersonal, communication, organizational, and flexibility skills are also necessary.
