Overview
We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Admissions team at Heartland Hospice. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process to contribute to each patient's total plan of care
- Explaining the Company's services to patients and families in a manner that results in the admission of appropriate patients
- Reporting directly to the Admissions Manager
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in the state where the program is located
- Bachelor's Degree and C.H.P.N. certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year general nursing experience, Hospice experience preferred
