Saliense Consulting LLC is a growing Management and Technology Consulting Solutions provider based out of the Mclean, VA area. We provide innovative solutions to our clients within the Defense, Civilian, Financial, and Healthcare industries.
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist who will assist with various human resource responsibilities and activities related to staffing and onboarding processes, employee relations, compliance, and administration.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct background checks and employment verifications.
- Support seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Create engaging new hire orientation and recognition programs.
- Track and document training and assessments.
- Handle inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR-related field.
- 1-2 years of experience working in an HRIS like ADP.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working within the government contracting industry.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented as well as excellent organizational and time management skills.
