Prep Cook Role

We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Prep Cook to join our team and contribute to the success of our kitchen operations. As a Prep Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our menu items are prepared with precision and consistency, upholding the high standards of Cowboy Chicken.

• Responsibilities:
• Accurately prepare food items following established recipes and guidelines.
• Manage time efficiently to ensure all items are ready for daily service.
• Pay close attention to detail to maintain consistent quality and presentation.
• Label all prepared items correctly to ensure freshness and traceability.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Previous experience as a Prep Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
