GIS Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled GIS Analyst to join our team at NorthWestern Energy. As a GIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our gas transmission operations by analyzing and interpreting geographic data to inform business decisions.

• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date GIS databases and spatial data models
• Analyze and interpret geographic data to identify trends and patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GIS data into business processes
• Design and implement GIS solutions to support business needs
• Provide training and support to end-users on GIS software and applications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, GIS, or closely related field
• At least 3+ years of practical GIS Analyst experience
• Practical working knowledge of ArcGIS software suite, Esri Field Maps, Survey123, Python, SQL tools, and ACAD suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
