Janitor

The Cleaner position at ABM of Ohio provides the cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients and employees.

• Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, walls, and glass surfaces.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as shampooing rugs, washing walls, and removing rubbish.
• Notify managers of the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, and management.
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available.
