**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional patient care, including routine and complex medical procedures, and ensure the highest standards of animal welfare.

* Collaborate with our veterinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

* Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and compassionate advice on animal health and well-being.

* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in veterinary medicine.

* Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.

**Requirements:**

* Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school.

* Active licensure as a veterinarian without contingencies in the state in which the hospital is located or ability to obtain by start date.

* Current Controlled Substance License, if applicable, in state in which the hospital is located or ability to obtain by start date.

* Must be comfortable performing anesthesia and routine surgeries, including but not limited to: canine and feline spays, neuters, mass removals, and dentals.

* Must have telephone and computer skills.

* Must be a team player willing to learn new techniques and treatments, offer creative ideas, and accept change.
