We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Yoga Instructor to join our team at Talentuition, LLC. As a Yoga Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality yoga classes that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities- Teach Yoga Classes: Deliver engaging and challenging yoga classes that cater to diverse skill levels and needs.
- Develop Lesson Plans: Create and implement lesson plans that align with our studio's standards and values.
- Provide Exceptional Service: Offer exceptional customer service, support, and follow-up to our students.
- Maintain Studio Space: Ensure the studio space is clean, organized, and properly set up for classes.
- Arrive on Time: Arrive at least 15-30 minutes before class starts to prepare and set up.
- Foster Community: Build and maintain a positive and inclusive community among students.
- Teaching Schedule: Teach 2-4 classes per week, with flexible scheduling options available.
- Certification: Hold a minimum of 200-hours RYT Yoga Alliance certification.
- Teaching Experience: Have at least 1 year of teaching experience, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality classes.
- CPR Certification: Possess current or obtainable CPR certification within 3 months.
- Basic Knowledge: Have a basic understanding of yoga instruction and principles.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse personalities.
- Teaching Style: Be able to teach safe, fun, and creative classes for students at all levels.
- Commitment to Student Success: Demonstrate a strong commitment to student success and ongoing development.
