Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform light administrative duties, such as sending and receiving faxes, making copies, and sending email correspondence.
  • Balance cash receipts and perform a bucket check on shift.
  • Distribute guest and staff mail and messages as necessary.
  • Post charges for faxes, copies, or laundry or charges from the food, beverage, or convenience store outlets.
