Welder Fabricator

FleetGenius, LLC is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at our metal fabrication facility in Elma, WA. As a Welder, you will be responsible for repairing small to large-sized steel containers using MIG welding techniques.

• Repair damaged steel containers, including replacing walls, floors, and other broken or cracked metal structures.
• Assist with preparation of containers for welding, painting, and delivery.
• Operate forklifts and assist lead fabricator as needed.
• Torch burning and plasma cutting.

• Welding Certification (preferred)
• AA degree in Welding Technology (preferred)
• AWS/CWI Certification (Preferred)
• High school diploma needed.

• Work gear and personal protection equipment are supplied.
• Great working environment with a positive atmosphere and room for advancement.

• Requires lifting, pushing, pulling up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand and bend for extended periods of time.
