Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at St. Luke's Health System in Boise, Idaho. As a Nurse Operating Room Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have 1+ years of experience in the operating room and a strong background in nursing, with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.

The Boise Operating Room is a state-of-the-art facility that serves all specialties outside of CVOR and L&D. We offer a variety of schedules, including day and evening shifts, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients throughout the surgical process.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements
  • Nursing Degree (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
  • 1+ years of experience in the operating room
  • BLS certification
  • CNOR certification preferred
