- Deliver defined patient care services, working collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals.
- Provide holistic, evidence-based care, inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients aged 18 months and above.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- DEA registration must be started at time of offer.
- NP license in the state of North Carolina.
- 1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Completion of a Masters Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
