Your Role: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in early intervention, you will play a crucial role in implementing evidence-based strategies to understand and influence behavior in young children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and Overseeing Customized Treatment Plans: You will be responsible for designing and closely monitoring individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and objectives of each child.
  • Providing Parent Coaching: Your expertise will guide parents, equipping them with essential knowledge and strategies to support their child's growth and development.
  • Delivering Ongoing Professional Development to RBTs: You will ensure our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) receives continuous, high-quality training to enhance their skills and provide optimal care.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification (Required)
