We have opportunities available for Caregiving Professionals to join our team in Alice, TX. As a member of our Care Team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver personalized care.

The ideal candidate will have an active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice and current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS. Six months prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
  • Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Providing health promotion, teaching, and training to family members
  • Collaborating with Case Managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
