Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in California.

  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 12 hours, days
  • Hours: 36 hours per week
Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions. They will develop and administer treatment programs with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance.

The Occupational Therapist will also be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care
  • Assessing patient needs and developing plans for care
  • Collaborating with other disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals
Requirements

To be eligible for this position, the Occupational Therapist must:

  • Have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam
  • Have a minimum of one year of professional working experience
  • Hold a current state license as an Occupational Therapist or be in the process of obtaining one
  • Have current CPR certification
