We're looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Ricochet. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking menu items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items.
- Prepare high-quality meals and food items according to company recipes.
- Store excess food at the correct temperature to avoid spoilage.
- Ensure food portions and presentation meet company standards.
- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas.
- Assist other cooks to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Efficiently resolve problems with guests' orders.
- Ensure food health and safety regulations are followed.
- Previous experience as a cook is preferred.
- Availability to work nights and weekends.
- Strong task and time management abilities.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong knife skills.
- ServSafe food handling certification is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of cooking methods and techniques.
- Ability to follow recipes.
- Ability to work in a team.
