Key Responsibilities- Property Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to flooring, drywall, and appliances, as well as troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, safety, and security systems.
- Grounds and Landscaping: Maintain the appearance of our properties, including cleaning, sweeping, and mowing lawns.
- Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain equipment owned by the apartment community, including proper storage and inventory management.
- Unit Turnovers: Perform maintenance inspections and repairs on vacant apartments to ensure proper operating conditions and appearance upon move-in.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within residential property management.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; technical school and/or CAMT certification, preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English; basic computer skills; and ability to wear a respirator.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
