About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced trial attorney to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a trial attorney, you will be responsible for handling complex civil litigation cases and providing exceptional representation to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy, as well as excellent written and oral advocacy skills. You will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage a caseload with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Handle complex civil litigation cases, including jury trials and appeals
  • Develop and implement effective trial strategies
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence
  • Prepare and present cases in court
  • Collaborate with colleagues and experts to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Georgia and membership in good standing with the state bar
  • 2-10 years of civil trial litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
  • Exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy
  • Strong software and technological skills, including competency in Word, Outlook, and Westlaw
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
