Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist II to join our team at CHI St. Joseph Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of specialized technical tasks associated with the operation of MRI at a Level II Trauma Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize innovative customer service techniques to provide a positive patient care experience.
  • Screen patients for MR safety prior to procedure performance.
  • Administer contrast media or as directed and per protocol.
  • Evaluate the imaging study for technical quality and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  • Establish and maintain lines of communication with all other staff members and Radiologist.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Allied Health or Radiologic Technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in MRI or related field.
  • ARRT (R) (MR) certification and Texas MRT licensure.
