Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff by responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, adhering to infection control protocols and guidelines.
- Restock linens, toiletries, and other supplies as needed.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and supplies.
