Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the management and effectiveness of the total rewards initiatives, ensuring alignment with the college's strategic goals.
  • Design and propose innovative and cost-efficient compensation and benefits programs that reflect current market trends.
  • Oversee all aspects of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and disability insurance.
  • Guarantee adherence to all legal, financial, and reporting obligations.
  • Engage in salary benchmarking, analyze data, and ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in managing employee benefits and compensation.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation, strong communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of current laws governing employee compensation and benefits.

Work Environment:

This position operates within a standard office setting, utilizing common office equipment and software.

Hybrid Work Eligibility: Partial remote work is available.

Salary Range: Managerial 8 Salary/ $98,000 - $103,000
