The College of DuPage is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the administration and execution of its total rewards framework within the Human Resource Department. This role is pivotal in shaping the compensation and benefits landscape of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the management and effectiveness of the total rewards initiatives, ensuring alignment with the college's strategic goals.
- Design and propose innovative and cost-efficient compensation and benefits programs that reflect current market trends.
- Oversee all aspects of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and disability insurance.
- Guarantee adherence to all legal, financial, and reporting obligations.
- Engage in salary benchmarking, analyze data, and ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five years of experience in managing employee benefits and compensation.
- Exceptional customer service orientation, strong communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of current laws governing employee compensation and benefits.
Work Environment:
This position operates within a standard office setting, utilizing common office equipment and software.
Note: This role requires a background check and drug screening.
Hybrid Work Eligibility: Partial remote work is available.
Salary Range: Managerial 8 Salary/ $98,000 - $103,000
