Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care in post-acute care facilities, working closely with our nursing team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients in post-acute care facilities, adhering to established care plans and protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, report any concerns or emergencies to supervising staff, and provide regular updates to the nursing team.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding, promoting independence and dignity.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including changing linens, sanitizing surfaces, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff, addressing concerns and providing emotional support.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care.
- Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
