PaxeraHealth is a rapidly growing company in the medical IT industry, shaping the future of healthcare technology. We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join our sales team, working remotely with a dynamic and supportive accounting team.

This exciting opportunity involves contributing to the financial health of our global organization by ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in accounting practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using QuickBooks and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead month-end close activities, including journal entry preparation and review.
  • Consolidate financial statements across entities and multi-currency accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and SaaS-specific revenue recognition standards.
Compensation Package

A competitive wage of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus remote work benefits and opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding company.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
  • Minimum 5 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (required).
