About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled RN to join our team as a Registered Professional Dialysis Nurse. As a member of our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Develop and implement individualized and comprehensive plans of care for each patient;">
  • Provide direct and indirect care to patients related to their dialysis treatment, including pre- and post-assessments, and administration of medications during dialysis;">
  • Operate all dialysis equipment and supplies in accordance with hospital and departmental policy to provide expected patient outcomes;">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you should have:

">
  • A Graduate degree from a Registered Nursing program; A Bachelor's Degree is preferred;">
  • Excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills;">
  • At least 6 months of dialysis experience, preferably 12 months of acute clinical experience as a Registered Nurse;">
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience is preferred;">
