Surgical Technologist

At QualDerm Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our operating room team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

The Certified Surgical Technologist will work closely with our surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective care to our patients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist surgeons and other healthcare professionals during surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
• Ensure a safe and clean operating room environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Graduate of a recognized and accredited Surgical Technologist program
• Prior experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred
• Current Surgical Technologist certification preferred
• Successful completion of BCLS course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current BCLS certification
