**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Steward to join our team at Pchresorts. As a Steward, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our food and beverage areas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including dishwashing, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Operate industrial cleaning equipment, such as dishwashing machines and floor scrubbers, to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Move equipment and supplies as needed to support food and beverage departments.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Use industrial strength cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
