Job Overview

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated HVAC technician who is passionate about the industry. The following qualifications are essential:

  • At least 2 years of experience in heating and cooling
  • Valid Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification
  • North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ideal candidates will also exhibit the following traits:

  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical information simply
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
  • Professional demeanor, maintaining high standards of integrity
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

The ability to work approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with some on-call responsibilities, is required for this role.
