Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at First Connect. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents in a rural facility setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for residents within the patient care unit settings.
  • Supervise the care given by NACs and supportive staff members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in resident and family teaching as determined in scope of license.
  • Maintain a patient advocate role with a focus on the district's mission.

Requirements:

  • Must be currently active and licensed as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of 36 guaranteed hours per week.
  • Long Term Care (LTC) sub-specialty experience preferred.
  • General certifications in ACLS, BLS/BCLS, and PALS.
