About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Strategy & Planning team at Apple. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our Wallet and Apple Pay initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of annual and quarterly operating plans, with a focus on headcount resourcing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Human Resources, and Facilities, to identify data tracking and visualization needs.
  • Design and develop informative business intelligence reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support decision-making.
  • Analyze and model data to unlock key insights and improve internal processes.
  • Provide ongoing support to strategy and planning programs through general collaboration.
Requirements
  • 6 years of experience working as a Data/Business Analyst or related role.
  • Proficiency with Excel, SAP, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong financial competence, with experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
  • Proficient with SQL, big data systems, and tools, as well as Tableau dashboard design, development, and publishing.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data and see the 'bigger picture.'
  • Critical thinking: able to look at numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work with ambiguity and uncertainty.
