Job Summary

Vitality Living is seeking a highly skilled Concierge to join our team at Landmark Lifestyles at Ridgeland. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception desk and perform administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Respond to residents' and their families' questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle emergency situations in a calm and effective manner.
  • Organize and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate personnel.
  • Attend and participate in onboarding and annual training, in-services, and team member meetings as requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Office Director.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must have patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition.
  • Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.
