Bilingual French Service Manager

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, concerns, lifestyle, and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently using customer satisfaction tools and available resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Bilingual English and Canadian French (Fluent) - must be able to pass verbal and written assessments.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, or public relations, or sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent English language (oral and written), with grammatical knowledge and etiquette.
