eTeam Inc is seeking a skilled Healthcare Consultant to join our team. As a Healthcare Consultant, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and promoting health services strategies, policies, and programs that drive the delivery of quality healthcare.

• Health Services Strategy Development: Develop and implement health services strategies, policies, and programs that drive the delivery of quality healthcare.
• Care Coordination: Utilize critical thinking and judgment to collaborate and inform the case management process, in order to facilitate appropriate healthcare outcomes for members.
• Healthcare Cost Management: Effectively manage healthcare costs and improve healthcare program/operational efficiency involving clinical issues.
• Case Management: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of referred members' needs/eligibility and recommend approaches to case resolution and/or meeting needs.
• Quality of Care: Identify and escalate quality of care issues through established channels and utilize negotiation skills to secure appropriate options and services necessary to meet the member's benefits and/or healthcare needs.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred, with case management and discharge planning experience preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or non-licensed master level clinician required, with either degree being in behavioral health or human services preferred.
