About the Role

Hemline is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the in-store customer experience by providing exceptional service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized assistance, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain store presentation standards by arranging merchandise, creating visually appealing displays, and adhering to visual guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow associates to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support each other in achieving individual and team objectives.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory on the sales floor, ensuring accurate stock levels, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Shopify Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Shopify, utilizing the platform to efficiently manage sales, inventory, and customer data.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
